Industrial solutions: mechanics, microtechnology and watchmaking
We model watch parts, mechanisms and the complete assembly of a watch in 3D, then build the databases and websites that go with these products, from the workshop to the customer.
All the parts, mechanisms and watches shown on this page are personal projects, entirely designed and modelled by us.

Watch parts and mechanisms
Every component is drawn to size, with its tolerances: wheels and pinions with standardised toothing, barrel, escapement, automatic winding, chronograph column wheel, jumpers and date mechanism. Mechanisms are checked in motion before anything is manufactured.
The components of a chronograph
A selection of the parts designed for our column-wheel chronograph module, with 30-minute and 12-hour counters. Each part is modelled on its own, then checked within the assembly.
3D modelling and watch assembly
From the bare movement to the finished watch: main plate, bridges, gear train, case, dial, hands, crown and strap are brought together in a complete 3D assembly. Interferences, clearances and kinematics are checked there, and several case shapes are compared before choosing.
Each model rotates on its own; turn it with the mouse or your finger, zoom with the wheel or by pinching, or open it full screen.
- Parts and drawings: parametric 3D models, dimensioned drawings, bills of materials
- Assemblies: mates, gears, interference and clearance checks
- Simulation: mechanism kinematics, renders and animations for presentation
Databases dedicated to watchmaking
A watchmaking workshop handles thousands of tiny references. We design databases that track every component, from the calibre to the serial number.
Calibre bills of materials
Calibre, module and component tree, with variants, revision indices and links to the 3D drawings.
Parts inventory
Receipts, issues and stocktakes of watch parts and spares, alert thresholds and suppliers.
Traceability and after-sales
Full history of each watch by serial number: assembly, inspections, services and repairs.
Workshop scheduling
Production orders, assembly stations and watchmakers' workload, all in one place.
Websites dedicated to watchmaking
A watch sells through its details. Our watchmaking websites showcase the movement, the finishes and the craftsmanship, and can draw directly on your 3D models.
Brand and collection website
Model presentation, calibre data sheets, gallery of 3D renders, in several languages.
3D viewer and configurator
Customers rotate the watch and choose case, dial and strap right in the browser.
After-sales and dealer portal
Repair tracking, parts orders and technical documentation for points of sale.
Our method
- Specifications: functions, dimensions, base calibre and manufacturing constraints
- Layout: position of the wheels, levels and centre distances
- 3D modelling: parts, sub-assemblies, then the complete assembly
- Verification: interferences, clearances, kinematics and renders
- Data and web: bills of materials in a database, website or portal if needed
